It’s that time of the year again when we have to get all bundled up to go outside. Honestly, it’s been a really nice fall/early winter around here. We don’t even have snow on the ground! This is rare for Minnesota. I’ll be honest, I don’t care if we have a white Christmas. I’m one of those people who is perfectly happy with “warm” conditions. In Minnesota, warm is above 32 degrees. That being said, I know that it won’t last and we will have plenty of arctic blasts sent our way. We always do. It makes it perfect for doing arctic yoga. There are tons of animals of the arctic that can easily be turned into yoga poses!
