Downward Dog – Add a howl!
Forward Fold – Clasp your hands together in front of you and move your arms like a trunk side to side.
Start out on your hands and knees. Reach your right arm in front of you. Reach your left leg behind you. Hold. Repeat on the opposite side. Continue repeating side to side and increase your speed like a cheetah.
Lion Pose – Add a roar!
Chair Pose – Shift side to side and make monkey sounds!
Extended Mountain Pose – Add bending forward at the hip. Hold and breathe!
Tree Pose – Extend your arms over your head like a long giraffe’s neck!
