Sit on the floor with your legs spread out to the side in front of you.  Stretch your arms above your head.  Move your arms to different positions on the clock.

King’s Horses

Gallop in all directions and at all speeds.

Itsy Bitsy Spider

Rain 

Start seated criss-cross on the floor.  Place your hands in front of your chest with the palms pressed together.  Breathe in and raise your hands over  your head and wiggle your fingers like rain.  Breathe out, clap your hands together like thunder.  Repeat with each breath.

Sun

Upward Dog

Spider

Sit on your bottom with your legs crossed in front of you.  Make sure your spine is long and you are sitting tall.  Move your arms to the side like a spider.

Little Miss Muffet

Spider

Sit on your bottom with your legs crossed in front of you.  Make sure your spine is long and you are sitting tall.  Move your arms to the side like a spider.

Chair Pose – Eat your curds and whey in this pose!

Forward Fold – Wiggle your arms like water coming out of the bucket!

Stream

Sit with a tall spine with your legs straight out in front of you.  Gently rock back and forth like you are going down the stream!

Mary Had A Little Lamb

Come to an all-fours position with your palms flat on the ground.  Ensure that your back and neck are in a straight but neutral position. Your shoulders should be over your wrists and your hips should be over your knees.  Hold and breathe.

Start out on your hands and knees.  Reach your right arm in front of you.  Reach your left leg behind you.  Hold.  Repeat on the opposite side.  Continue repeating side to side.

Stand with your legs shoulder width apart.  Turn your feet facing slightly outwards.  Slightly bend your knees.  Hold and breathe.

Dame

Start in tall kneeling.  Reach above your head and hold this position.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

World

Stand tall.  Keep legs hip width apart.  Reach your arms out to the side.  Bring your fingers together above your head forming a circle (the world) with your arms.  Breathe in and out!
